1- The importer specifies certain desired products and searches in the global markets for suppliers.

2- Importers negotiate the payments, delivery, transportation, insurance and time with the exporters.

3- The importer sends an initial invoice to the exporter.

4- The exporter sends the request summary to the importer.

5- The exporter prepares the goods.

6- The arrangements of freight, packaging, transportation and customs clearance of goods are defined.

7- The goods are loaded and transported with bill of lading and other documents related to the importer.

8- The freight forwarder in the country of origin bears the responsibility to send the documents to the freight forwarder in the country of destination, then, the cargo is moved.

9- The importer is informed about the arrival of its cargo.

10- The customs clearing fees and charges are paid; the cargo is received, then, the payment is made to exporters via the bank.
